Just Lawns is great! I have little dogs, so the scooping service isn’t always necessary. When they can’t find anything to scoop, they notify me and don’t charge me for it. They are consistent and communicative. When I’ve called to adjust my service, they are accommodating and don’t try to guilt or upsell me on anything. I’ve recommended them to others who were just as satisfied.

Good work, fast, leaves everything how they found it. Make sure if you have a finicky gate to leave it cracked because if it doesn’t open immediately they’ll skip it and tell you the gate was locked.

I messed up and signed up for too much, and when I called them up, Judy was very understanding, was able to remediate my order and actually asked when I would like my services to start back up. No upselling or trying to convince me to stay on for the more expensive option, just a very understanding “yeah that makes sense and I could see how you would think that, but let’s get that fixed for you”. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
