Good work, fast, leaves everything how they found it. Make sure if you have a finicky gate to leave it cracked because if it doesn’t open immediately they’ll skip it and tell you the gate was locked.

I have been using just right lawns for well over a year now, and they are prompt, do a good job, even when it's raining or snowing, or shark tornadoes, they just come out to take care of the lawn. There's not much to take care of but they do a good job of what is there. They tag and bag most of the debris and honestly I couldn't be happier.

John is my gardener and is very professional. He took pictures of my lawn as requested and the lawn was looking much nicer without weeds compared to the previous gardener hired by the tenants. When the tenants moved out I hired Just Right lawn service and it was mowed very well and weeds were controlled. Due to TX weather and water restrictions we can’t expect to the maximum but at least I didn’t have any problems with HOA now. John also took pictures of the fence door which needs to be fixed because the screws are loose.
