What We Look For During an Interview

Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Previous scheduling and/or call center experience preferred
  • Being bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • Ability to communicate well, using excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent written communication skills, including spelling and punctuation
  • High proficiency with emailing, instant messaging, and using various electronic devices and applications for effective communication/information sharing
  • Must be able to type at least 30 WPM, be proficient in 10-key, and use phone systems

Customer Service Representative

We’re seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is focused on delivering outstanding service to our customers — no cold calling required. You’ll handle incoming and outgoing calls, schedule services, and support our field team to ensure every customer receives the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls; place outgoing calls and follow up on customer questions via phone and email (no cold calling expected)
  • Provide excellent service by explaining the features and advantages of available services
  • Enter customer information into the system and schedule service
  • Perform daily tasks such as processing payments and other tasks as assigned
  • Investigate damage claims and research customer complaints
  • Serve as a liaison between team members in the field and customers
  • Maintain a professional attitude and image for all customers
Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of Customer Service or Sales experience in a Call Center environment (must have recent Call Center experience)
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills
  • Excellent professional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer savvy
  • Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to change
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and ability to multitask
  • Willing to work in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Access to reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications + Hours
  • Some marketing experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs
  • Ability to understand, speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish (preferred)

Hours

  • Full-Time (Benefits Available): 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday
  • Part-Time: 5-hour shifts, Monday–Friday, with an occasional Saturday as needed
