Customer Service Representative • South Austin (In Office)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Handle customer inquiries by phone, email, or live chat
Provide quotes and assist with new customer onboarding
Explain the value of services and convert leads
Enter data, schedule services, manage payments/collections
Investigate and resolve damage claims
Act as the link between customers and field teams
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of sales/retention experience in a call center environment
Strong communication and problem-solving, "can-do" attitude
Basic knowledge of fertilization and weed control (a plus)
Proficient with computers and Google Docs
Dependable, punctual, able to multitask

Pay: $18–$20 per hour

Fertilizer & Weed Control Chemical Applicator
RESPONSIBILITIES
Apply fertilizer and weed control treatments safely and effectively
Diagnose lawn issues and provide recommendations
Deliver outstanding customer service
Complete service records, inspections, and daily reports
Operate and maintain application equipment and vehicles
Manage service routes using company software
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of recent fertilization and weed control applicator experience
Knowledge of Central Texas turf types, fertilization, and herbicides
Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
Strong communication and organization skills
Basic computer and mobile app proficiency
High school diploma or equivalent
PAY + DETAILS
Pay: $23–$24 per hour depending on experience
Job Type: Full-Time
