I just talkef to Vanessa, about adjusting my lawn care services and she was kind and easy to talk to. She answered all my questions very confidently, and with good information.

My experience initially did not start off great. I did have two instances where I needed to call in to get clarification and a better understanding of the service provided. Vanessa and her teammate were amazing at addressing my issue hearing the concerns that I had and making notes on the account. They explained how their office has direct communication with area manager and have communication with the crew. Special thanks to the crew for their attention to detail. Their team did a very nice job on my corner lot cutting our lawn. Edging along the sidewalks looked terrific, better than my previous lawn man. I hired Just Right Lawn because I saw them servicing a neighbor’s lawn. It’s a lawn I’ve always admired for how nice it looked. I’m glad I did.
