It’s nice to have a lawn service company that is assessable during business hours and not an answering machine. Excellent customer service and responsive and with a follow up email to confirm the conversation/request. The Lawn Team is reliable and does a solid job with my front and back yards.

I called and immediately was able to speak to a person. Cynthia listened to my concerns and needs. She was very proactive, knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Cynthia!

The guys that do my yard are great! They’re quick and they do a good job getting the edging. The customer service is some of the best I’ve had with a lawn service and I appreciate their patience.
