My experience initially did not start off great. I did have two instances where I needed to call in to get clarification and a better understanding of the service provided. Vanessa and her teammate were amazing at addressing my issue hearing the concerns that I had and making notes on the account. They explained how their office has direct communication with area manager and have communication with the crew. Special thanks to the crew for their attention to detail. Arturo slips in and out like some sort of master lawn care ninja. He quickly cuts, edges, and blows away his footprints. Like clockwork, he arrives and executes his tasks with skill and precision. And, other than the hum of his tools while he works, the only sounds you might hear is the confident “click” of latching his cargo ramp that signifies his exit. Just as quietly as he arrived, he then disappears into the morning sun. Thanks Arturo.
