I used Just Right Lawns services for a few weeks before we purchased our own equipment. Everything was straight forward, everyone was very nice and informative and our lawn always looked great!

I've been using this company for about two years now in the Austin area, and they’ve been solid from day one. Always show up on time, do a clean job, and I never have to worry about anything. I recently moved to a new place and needed service at the new house they made the transition super easy.

Also, shoutout to Sue! She’s been super helpful with payments and always makes things easy to work out. Really appreciate the consistency and great service. Highly recommend!!

This is a bit of an unusual review as I didn’t actually end up moving forward with the service.

But the customer service was top notch even though I didn’t ACTUALLY become a customer (yet).

Long story short, my previous local “lawn guy” was MIA for a period and then re-appeared, so after he did my lawn while I was away, I no longer needed Just Right’s services.

Despite this, they were in constant communication with me about my needs, and canceled my service without issue once they changed

She was SO helpful, she listened to my rant about trying to find a new lawn service and what I needed. She gave me the information and helped me with kindness and understanding. I was able to set my appointment up with ease and am grateful for such a wonderful experience.

Note to add: I called multiple services prior to reaching her and kept running into people who didn’t listen and pushing services I didn’t need.
