John is my gardener and is very professional. He took pictures of my lawn as requested and the lawn was looking much nicer without weeds compared to the previous gardener hired by the tenants. When the tenants moved out I hired Just Right lawn service and it was mowed very well and weeds were controlled. Due to TX weather and water restrictions we can’t expect to the maximum but at least I didn’t have any problems with HOA now. John also took pictures of the fence door which needs to be fixed because the screws are loose.

I don't even know they are here until I hear the lawn mower. They come and do the work, clean up anything necessary, and leave. I love the fact they do not bring any attention or disturb me.
