My experience initially did not start off great. I did have two instances where I needed to call in to get clarification and a better understanding of the service provided. Vanessa and her teammate were amazing at addressing my issue hearing the concerns that I had and making notes on the account. They explained how their office has direct communication with area manager and have communication with the crew. Special thanks to the crew for their attention to detail. Thank you all so much for your superb customer service.
