Hello, my name is Guillermo and I am the Operations Manager for the Just Right Lawns team. My responsibilities include administrating and providing all the resources and training needed for the office and field teams to do their jobs efficiently and safely. Since joining in 2013, my favorite thing about the JRL culture is the opportunity for growth and development. 

I currently reside in Austin, TX metro area. However, when I'm not working I love to travel when I can. I consider myself a very spontaneous person. One day I could be in Texas, and the next on my way to Europe!
