The workers are always friendly and respectful. I have two dogs who are sometimes outside and the men kindly give me time to get hem indoors and they never forget to shut the gate after them. The yard always looks great when they finish. I am very grateful for their service.

They do an amazing job! Great prices and communication. I messed up and signed up for too much, and when I called them up, Judy was very understanding, was able to remediate my order and actually asked when I would like my services to start back up. No upselling or trying to convince me to stay on for the more expensive option, just a very understanding “yeah that makes sense and I could see how you would think that, but let’s get that fixed for you”. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I'm always happy with my services. There were only a couple times when I first started using them when a couple of my climbing aloe plants got whacked down. Not entirely their fault because the aloe was young and when it's a new plant it looks like a weed.

Just Right Lawns offered to replace the plants but it wasn't necessary because the aloe grew back and it's doing fine now.

I've had the services now for two years and I'm actually reviewing today because I just found out something that impressed me even more.

Just Lawns is great! I have little dogs, so the scooping service isn’t always necessary. When they can’t find anything to scoop, they notify me and don’t charge me for it. They are consistent and communicative. When I’ve called to adjust my service, they are accommodating and don’t try to guilt or upsell me on anything. Vanessa and her teammate were amazing at addressing my issue hearing the concerns that I had and making notes on the account.
