I messed up and signed up for too much, and when I called them up, Judy was very understanding, was able to remediate my order and actually asked when I would like my services to start back up. No upselling or trying to convince me to stay on for the more expensive option, just a very understanding “yeah that makes sense and I could see how you would think that, but let’s get that fixed for you”.
