This company is responsive. Unfortunately, I had a miscommunication when requesting a quote for a property outside of their service area but listing my home address as my contact info. Their team showed up to service my home rather than the other property. Though I did not need my home serviced, I can note their team was efficient and did good work. When I returned to the company with my concern about the wrong property being serviced, they were responsive and took ownership of the miscommunication.

It’s nice to have a lawn service company that is assessable during business hours and not an answering machine. Excellent customer service and responsive and with a follow up email to confirm the conversation/request. The Lawn Team is reliable and does a solid job with my front and back yards.

Just moved into the area and had to find a way to get my yard done quick. Most sited require you to call and schedule and appointment to get a quote. However, Just Right Lawns allowed me to get a quote online quickly. What made it better was that I got a text from them after receiving the quote and was able to set up a call. Shortly after I talked to Michael to discuss the quote and he went over it bit by bit with me. He also made sure i understood everything befor we moved forward. It was honestly the ease and customer service that made me want to go with Just Right Lawns.

I've been using JRL for over a year now. I've tried other lawn mowing services in the past. JRL stands apart because it is a set and forget service provider. The crews show up when the weather allows it, otherwise comes the first change they get, mow, and leave. I don't have to think about it. I cannot ask for anything more.

They show up when they say they will , and they do everything they say they are going to do that was not my experience with the last two yard services I had.
